Terri Wilson, CDPMA, CDA, RDA, CDP
Terri Herrod Wilson is an accomplished dental operations executive with extensive experience across clinical, administrative, and organizational leadership roles. A Certified Dental Practice Management Administrator, she has served the dental profession for decades in positions including Director of Operations for multi-site periodontal and implant practices, Professional Relations Network Representative for Delta Dental plans in Tennessee and Michigan, and leader of the Practice Development and Training Division for Nashville Dental, Inc.
Her expertise spans DSOs, DPOs, insurance systems, billing entities, dental school programs, and nationwide continuing education. Terri’s written work has appeared in Dental Economics, Chairside Essentials, Trojan Magazine, and other industry publications, and she has been a frequent keynote speaker.
Her advocacy work includes testifying before the U.S. Congress in the 1990s on the unexplained illnesses affecting returning Desert Storm veterans—an effort later portrayed in the Showtime film Thanks of a Grateful Nation.
Outside of her professional work, Terri enjoys entrepreneurship, caring for her four dogs and cat with her husband, and pursuing her unique hobby—storm chasing.
