About the Course
Every role in a dental practice sees the business through a different lens. What feels obvious to the dentist may look completely different to the hygienist, assistant, or business team and those differences can quietly create frustration, assumptions, and misalignment.
In this interactive breakout session, Dr. Craig Spodak takes the concepts introduced in his keynote deeper into the dental practice. Through real-world scenarios, candid discussion, and practical exercises, attendees will examine the pressures and perspectives behind different dental roles and discover how greater understanding can change the way teams communicate, collaborate, and perform.
