The Dental Office Playbook: Increase Patient Engagement with Communication, Processes, and Technology and Build a Happy Team


Having everyone on the same play and well-trained reduces patient (and employee) turnover. This course designed for the whole dental team will focus on the “how to” in order to get the dental team and patients engaged. Everyday challenges of many dental practices will be identified, and solutions provided to increase job quality and happiness, and get results.

  • Internal processes, including using dental practice software to the fullest.

Terri Wilson, RDA, CDA, CDPMA, CDP, FADAA is the co-owner and operator of Dental Biz Bootcamp, a training and CE services company. Terri is a dynamic dental management leader and national speaker with extensive experience advising dental practices and professionals on the resolution of management and operational issues. She has a proven track record of training professionals on regulatory compliance and accurate coding/billing and has demonstrated her skills in executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
