The Dental Office Playbook: Increase Patient Engagement with Communication, Processes, and Technology and Build a Happy Team
Having everyone on the same play and well-trained reduces patient (and employee) turnover. This course designed for the whole dental team will focus on the “how to” in order to get the dental team and patients engaged. Everyday challenges of many dental practices will be identified, and solutions provided to increase job quality and happiness, and get results.

Terri Wilson, RDA, CDA, CDPMA, CDP, FADAA is the co-owner and operator of Dental Biz Bootcamp, a training and CE services company.
